Disabled Woman Sues Johnny Depp For Concert ‘Beating’

Depply disturbing: A disabled woman has claimed Johnny Depp's bodyguards roughly tackled her at a music gig in LA earlier this week

Johnny Depp is being sued by a 52-year-old disabled woman who claims she was tackled by the actor’s bodyguards.
The incident is said to have occured in December and Robyn Ecker claims security guards tore her trousers off and bear-hugged her while restraining her wrists, according to US reports.
According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the woman claims she was trying to get to her seat in the VIP area of an Iggy Pop concert, TMZ reports.
The professor of medicine at UC Irvine also claims that the bodyguard ripped her cell phone out of her hand.
The website also says the woman reports the secruity men dragged her to the group which removed her trousers ‘exposing her buttocks to the other Hollywood Palladium Theater patrons.
The woman said she suffered bruising, possibly broken bones, and a dislocated elbow.

The woman, who is suing for an unspecified amount of damages, also claims the incident caused more damage to her pre-existing spondyloarthritis and fibromyalgia.
According to TMZ she had forked out for the expensive tickets for her husband’s birthday, and had been seated next to the Nightmare on Elm Street star.
Robyn claims she was having a great time at the concert, and had been dancing when she ‘accidentally’ got to close to Depp’s table.
She alleges she was then tackled by his bodyguards and grappled to the floor.
After her ordeal she then left and went for an hospital examination to make sure she had not suffered any injuries.
According to TMZ Robyn’s assistant confirmed she and her party had been drinking during the evening.
A law enforcement source also told the website she appeared extremely drunk when she filed her report.
The Mail Online contacted Depp’s representatives for a comment, but they have yet to respond.
If charges are eventually made, it would not be the first time the actor has been involved in legal woes.
In 1994 he was charged with wrecking a hotel room in New York.
In a more serious incident he was arrested after a scuffle with photographers outside a restaurant in London.
He was eventually cautioned after spending four hours in custody.
The melee happened when photographers tried to take his picture, and he allegedly threatened them with a wooden plank when they approached him outside Mirabelle restaurant in central London.
